About Me

My Mission:

My mission is to inspire healing on the deepest levels. I believe we want to be healthy, whole, and live meaningful lives. I offer a menu of services to meet individual needs.Everything I do has grown out of my own quest for a balanced, fulfilling, and inspired life.

My Background:

I bring all of me into the work I do. In my early 20’s, I began my own preschool where I learned how to communicate with children and used principles of Positive Psychology with them.

Then, for fourteen years through my 20’s and into my 30’s, I was a founding member of Kripalu Center for Yoga where I studied, practiced, and taught yoga, meditation, and healthy living.

After Kripalu, I went on to study Oriental medicine and continue, today, with a thriving practice in acupuncture and healing arts, helping people reach their health and well being goals.

I have pursued training in Soluna Life Coaching, Certification in Positive Psychology, and Positive Psychology Coaching to clarify and expand my work with people.Throughout the year, I teach workshops on positively living larger with a focus on Positive Psychology.
